The current consensus is that .1 to 2% of readers leave a review, 1 to 5% leave a rating.Rounds, groups, and pools get you one review for each you write, mostly from other authors.
Review sites with paid membership put you in danger of getting banned from Amazon.
Sorry, it's bleak, but the old tips and tricks have all been monetized.
Another group that has review rounds (larger than the ones here in RWR Club) is Review Group https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group....
I highly recommend https://sandrasbookclub.blogspot.com/ for reviews,It's completely free - I tend to buy the Kindle book, but you don't have to. There's a book pool on the 1st of every month, you can pick 1 to read and review (Be quick - they get snapped up fast!) then you can add one of your books to the pool next month. They are crying out for new participants and new authors. It's well worth checking out.
I second that one. An added benefit is that I get better overall ratings when the reader chooses my book from a list. Otherwise every review starts with, "I don't read fantasy..."Their other one: https://ssreviewpool.blogspot.com

Thank you.
