adding a new book that is already a "public" entry > Likes and Comments

I'm trying to add my poetry collection "strange grace: the ending season"
I guess a reader entered it; I neglected to. Now I want to, under my books. Also, how do I find the 10 digit ISBN? It only has a 13 digit one.

I received this error message:
Isbn13 is taken by an existing book with the title "strange grace: the ending season" in 'Public' status. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN.

Obviously the book is already on Goodreads and you just need to claim it.

Wrong folder. This one is for adding NEW books/editions, not for fixing/updating already existing records.

It might get a better result if you actually posted the ISBN or a link to the book...

If the book is already on Goodreads, you usually don't need to create a new entry. You can claim it so it appears under your author profile. Also, not every book has a 10 digit ISBN newer books often only have a 13 digit ISBN, and that's perfectly fine. Hopefully someone in the Librarians group can help get it linked correctly!
