Correction to a Book Page > Likes and Comments

Good morning Librarians,

Please may I ask for some small changes to this book page: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...

This record is a 26-page preview that was published in 2020 — it's the opening chapter of a novel, which happens to share the book's title ("Past Mistakes"). The full novel will be released on 4 August 2026, so this preview record is going to clash with it: same title, same author.

The preview has since been withdrawn from sale, and its ASIN is now incorrect — clicking "Buy on Amazon" resolves to an unrelated book by a different author.

I understand deleting the record may be too big a change. Would it instead be possible to:

1. Remove the ASIN, so the broken buy-link disappears.

2. Distinguish this preview record from the forthcoming full novel — by retitling, annotating, or whatever method fits your guidelines. I'm happy to defer to however you'd normally mark a withdrawn preview/sample.

3. Add a note to prevent this record being merged with the full novel when it's published on 4 August.
