It has potential but it absolutely isn't ready for the public yet. There's critique that could be made, but honestly I don't feel like I should. This very much feels like your first draft and it wouldn't be fair.Simply put. It needs developmental work. Write what you can of this story. Let it sit and age a bit, and then go back and re-read, edit, and rewrite. Short of getting an editor to help with this process that's your best steps going forward.
Kai's, it's impressive that you're tackling a fantasy epic at 16 - the worldbuilding alone is a huge undertaking. Keiji's advice about letting the draft sit is solid; I've found that distance gives you fresh eyes on pacing and character arcs. What's been the most fun part of building your fantasy world so far?
