Why are my books gone? > Likes and Comments

Hi, I've tried contacting Goodreads directly, but their chatbots aren't helpful at all.
I was told that the status of my books on Amazon does not affect Goodreads, but since I took two of my books down from Amazon, they are suddenly missing from Goodreads altogether. I only just claimed my author page a week or two ago, and all of my works as both an author and editor were present when I claimed my page, but suddenly two of my books are missing. Please help?
The missing books are The Vitmar Chronicles, Volume I: An Ending & A Beginning and The Vitmar Chronicles, Volume II: Three Oracles, A Dance, & A Song. Author Bear Wiseman.

Edit: Well, now they're miraculously back, and I wonder if that's because I put them back up on Amazon. But every time I googled this, it said that Amazon's status should not affect Goodreads, and my books should be here regardless of whether they're listed on Amazon or have been taken down from publishing. Can someone please confirm this, because it doesn't seem to be true in my case.

There is a wider problem with bots incorrectly marking books as invalid. Those two books were indeed changed from invalid back to public. As librarians we don't know what the bots might do in the future.

Presumably then the issue was that I took them down from Amazon? Good to know, I suppose x_x
