Paula ッ Hiii!!!

I need an advice from those who have read the Windy City Series, I’m finishing the first one, but I think becuase of the high expectations I had, I like it but not that much I hoped… initially, I started the series because of the aesthetics from the 3rd book… so, I’m thinking to skip the second one…, would I be missing something important from the other couple???

I’d be very grateful if you could help me!! Thank youu!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

penguin Hey, I had the same experience, I kind of hated mile high (gave it 2 stars) because it dragged on for no reason and there wasn't much tension or plot. I really recommend continuing with the second book because it immediately gets so much better, and then book 3 caught up is obviously perfection. they were 4 and 5 star reads for me respectively. you could technically skip the right move, you'd get a few spoilers and a few glimpses of the couple in book 3 but otherwise not much harm done :) you could always come back to read it!

☆EmilyEverAfter☆ I felt the same way. Mile High was unnaturally long and strung out. I adored every book after the first one honestly. 🙂

Mudra Shaw Skipping Book Two won’t affect your ability to follow Book Three, though it may impact your understanding of Books Four and Five.

daisyreadsabook Book 1 almost had me putting an end to the series! But after several months I decided to do a quick listen of book 2 on audio bc I use those for books that I want to quickly get out of the way but I can't commit to reading and I loved it!! Wish book 1 hadn't left such a bad taste in my mouth and that I had gotten to it sooner. And based on book 2 I will be reading the rest of the series:)
