I thought it was going to be more like the Spotless Series by Camille Monk. That story is a romcom spy thing and the guy who breaks into her house and basicaly kidnaps her is a hit man with an OCD fetish. It's a slow burn and SOOOOOO good. Somehow despite the situation March respects her agency and is one of my favorite book boyfriends.
Not "OCD fetish" I think I meant to say... cleaning fetish driven by OCD. anyway he's got OCD and cleans her house. It's like if Monk was a hit man but also very hot.
