Thank you Abdul so much for your kind and positive comments about my memoir Towards Blue Skies which I very much appreciate. I could have left my painful memories 'buried' but I made the conscious decision to give them a voice and to shine a light in the hope that by doing so it may help someone suffering something similar to know they are not alone and their experience doesn't have to define their life. There is a pathway to recovery and healing. If I can help just one person, then my book will have been worth it.
