Kate Larking FINDING LOVE BY ROBBINS K VERNON Unlike books that impose a single meaning on scripture, Vernon K. Robbins embarks on a fascinating journey to uncover how love itself evolves across the New Testament, from a hidden secret in Mark's gospel of suffering to a cosmic, mystical force in the writings of John. Written from the crucible of pandemic isolation, this is not just a work of scholarship but a deeply personal quest, asking how divine love can be found in the midst of modern crisis and personal transformation. Robbins invites readers to discover a surprising truth: that the Bible's central commandment wasn't born fully formed, but grew and deepened through the struggles of the early faith community. It is a roadmap for anyone who has ever wondered how ancient words about love can still call us to profound personal change and courageous action in a fractured world.

Finding Love A Journey Through the New Testament by Vernon K Robbins

Jackie It is odd - typically I only read about 5 five star books a year, but I've already read 4 in 2026, thanks to the recommendations from this group. My five star reads have been: Hope Between the Pages (Doors to the Past) by Pepper Basham Hope's Enduring Echo by Kim Vogel Sawyer The Collector of Burned Books by Roseanna M. White Missing Isaac by Valerie Fraser Luesse

Kathleen J. Shields The First Unicorn, Miracle on Wonder Island

I know authors aren't supposed to push their book and I don't want to break any rules, but how does one gain exposure when one cannot talk about it?
How can I get my book listed on listopia?
I don't get on Goodreads that often because frankly, I know I shouldn't market here, but I honestly don't know what to do, otherwise.
It's a really good story, a Christian allegorical fantasy as a parallel of Jesus' life written for middle grade readers. I'd love to meet new people and discuss the book but don't want to be a pest.
Thanks for reading.
