At #3 now and can see the trend already. Agree that the Lost World was a great read!
Unfortunately it is all down hill from #1!

Incidentally I just watched the 2001 BBC film adaptation. Very well produced and recommended. They did change some things but all for the better I felt. Other than children's picture book version I remember as a child I haven't actually read the original. Have to get down to it some time!
