Query on updating book covers > Likes and Comments

I need book covers on one of my published books to be updated. But since I am running Amazon Ads, I get charged for every click anybody makes on my books,

I was wondering if I can give you my website where I have the book cover. Or alternatively if there is a place where I can send you the book covers directly for updating?

We only update covers for Kindle and Audible editions, for those we do need to take the image from Amazon.
For other formats if ISBN remains the same you can add an alternate cover edition.

Yes the ISBN remains the same for all. I'll have a look at whether I can add the alternate cover, but would that remove the original old cover from the system completely?

You add an alternate cover edition (ACE) so it is a further edition, the old one still remains

On the Edit Book page it shows "Book cover image set by Goodreads. Contact Goodreads Customer Service to request an update."

Not sure what am I supposed to do.
