and my "goodreads shelves" option doesn't work too
I don't know if you got it working again or not, try holding the power button for 40 secs until it restarts to give it a hard reset. If that doesn't work try toggling on airplane mode, leave it on for 10 secs and then toggle back to try and get a fresh connection. If neither of those work you might need a software update. Hopefully you already have it fixed. If not, hopefully this helps!
(I have had to use the toggling airplane mode off and on trick a few times with my own kindle and even my old cellphone.)

im on the latest version and tried every way you've said but it still doesn't work, tysm tho:<

i already email customer support and see if I can try anything...maybe it's wifi connection problem im not sure
