newest book not appearing on my dashboard > Likes and Comments

Hello! Yesterday I added my latest book. However, it isn't appearing under my author name in my dashboard. Are you able to fix this? Book title and ISBN are below.

Since the book has disappeared completely, are you able to manually add it for me? I tried again since it disappeared and it says the ISBN is already taken and I think that's because I tried adding it. So are you able to add it for me?

No, because it is still in the database. It's the glitch that makes it look like it is not here. That's why I told you to contact Support. Again - if we could help you out ourselves I wouldn't tell you to contact someone else.

I never waited longer than a couple of hours (2-3 tops) but it always depends on how busy they are.

Also, this seems like a site functionality issue so even if they answer within an hour or so, the actual issue might take longer to fix.
