Also the current cover - with earth inside a sphere - was a POC and is a placeholder until the book was published. Which it hasn't yet. So if this cover could also be deleted as the book will never be published as such.

I have no idea but when I tried the "Refresh book page cache" option on my "edit book" page I got a message: "You are not authorized to perform this action."
