Error adding my book "The Deep Surge" to a list > Likes and Comments

I am the author of 'The Deep Surge' (ISBN: 9798254455264). I am trying to add my book to the Listopia list [New books to take note of from new authors], but the vote keeps flickering green and disappearing. I have already cleared my cache and checked my editions. Could a librarian please manually add this book/edition to the list for me? If you see any issues in my data that may be causing this, please let me know. This vote button issue occurs on all the Listopia lists I try to vote for this book. I am just using this one list as an example to see if I can break through and get my book onto at least one list. Thank you! Lee D. Blumenthal
