It's good that books like this exist out there and might fall into the hands of someone who really just needs that little nudge to leave and stop identifying with "God the Abuser". I'm sure more people esp women would leave if they knew other women had made the leap. (even without professional training)

A difficult book to rate, but it might work better if read as a heartfelt memoir than as a self-help nonfiction. Fair review, A!
