In When There Was Us (by K.C. Lake), the FMC is in college, but her love interests are the mechanics next door in her summer job. There is lots of college stuff too, but that's not the focus. It's spicy and emotional and delish.

For Three Seconds is a decent college romance. It wont change your life, but I found it somewhat entertaining.

Part of Torrid Affair develops in college, but then there's a 10 year jump to when they are already functional adults lol. Also, there's cheating involved, so if that's a hard limit for you, don't read it. I loved it though!

Out of Bounds: A Forbidden Coach-Player Beach Volleyball Romance is a spicy college romance with lots of tension. It's coach/athlete, so if that's not a trigger, it's definitely worth checking out.
