I heard about this book from the YT author interview with Oprah. I agree with so much of your review! I've been married a long time, but know women that this happened to. Emma, I think about you all the time. I remember when your precious daughter passed away. We almost lost our middle child when she was a toddler. I'm glad that Belle is speaking up & writing about her experiences. Her ex is a major asshole. He stole her heart and her $$ + the kids. wtf.

Thank you, love. I agree, I'm glad she spoke up because it's still baffling to me that people write about all manner of human experience, but when a woman writes about something that is all too commonplace, she's labeled for it.
