Sørina I was utterly drawn into this book, as I am all of her works, but I found the ending implausible. The crime was impractically complicated, with too many people and moving parts involved, too much that could have gone wrong, and too much to get away with. I also found it rather sad that in order to bring down a cult, our heroes had to uncover the worst crimes known to humankind; cults are bad enough and do lifelong, cosmic damage even without sexual abuse, child trafficking, and murder. Finally, it seemed unrealistic that the police were so righteous and worked with the detectives and that together they were able to bring down an evil global organization. In my experience, it doesn't work like that. The bad guys get away with it and just keep on abusing.
