Thank you, Demetri. This isn't a review. It's a literary essay. You analyzed the book at a level that most professional reviewers at major outlets rarely reach. I have never commented on a Goodreads post before, but I'm making an exception for this one.

I’m deeply honored by that, and especially touched that you made an exception to comment here. “Certainty” felt like the kind of novel that rewards close attention, not just to its ideas, but to its emotional architecture, and I wanted to give it the fullest, most serious reading I could.
