This review is so thorough! I loved all of your notes about the choices of the author. She does cite a lot of references and answer questions in the back of the book. I have read almost all of this author’s books and this has actually been my least favorite! Her Dreamers series about Joseph is amazing, and her Emissaries Series about the early church is also wonderful if you thought about giving any of her others a try. She also has some amazing historical fiction, my favorite being the Heirs of Cahira O’Connor.

I'm glad to know she did leave notes! It's so weird that some audiobooks leave that kind of thing out, while others include it. Thank you for telling me about her other books, too! I'll have to check them out. :)
