Sharon Crawford Very good description of life as a senior and a good attitude. I may learn something here as my senior life (remembering I have a few years more of it than you) hasn't been as good, mainly because as you know I suddenly went blind in one eye from glaucoma in 2019 and because of that fell and broke an arm two and a half years ago. I think writing has been a big help for me and also my trusty Hurrycane which I bought and started using after the arm had healed. A friend of mine in his early 80s has a Hurrycane which he calls Able, But I think one of the biggies in helping a senior is family and my son Martin and his partner Juni are very helpful . Martin even stayed with me at my place until the harness came off my arm. And I learned a few things about him. He is a better cook than I am. I have also reconnected with cousins in Michigan and Florida - mainly through Facebook and phone. And editing your latest book was good and interesting.
