I signed up and paid for a free 20-book giveaway campaign this month and my title “Baker Vaughan” does not appear in the master list. Suggestions for how to fix this?

hope this is an appropriate place for my question
Trying to sign up for new giveaway for Lisa See's new book, I was told I had to be over 18 and that I needed to verify that on my profile. Going there, I was confronted with a calender. I scrolled back to get to the right year. It was arduous. We're talking 60 years ago. And when I got there: it just went right back to todays date. What bs is this.
There needs to be a way to just enter your birthday by typing it in.
