He was the worst, like truly in a league of his own. He was a selfish spineless doormat. Someone had the audacity to say that makes him human and I disagree. Bex had her shortcomings but she deserved better. He’s gonna move on so fast after Bex is gone, clear as day. All the 5 stars are clearly from ARCs, and I wonder why?
I almost have to laugh at how bad this book sounds. The author had to sit down and outline the worst possible way to write a “romance”, right? This was some kind of social experiment for them, there is no way they seriously wrote this thinking it was romantic.
Apparently she’s re-publishing it and edited to make it even more angsty so she had an opportunity to rethink things and still said nah. There’s no way this is a serious romance. The cheating OW gets a more fulfilling romance with multiple men than these MCs do with each other. There’s more books in the series including ones about the h’s sister. It’s confirmed she died there. And there’s comments like I hope H moves on and finds love again. He doesn’t deserve shit after walking out, running this women’s live twice to be a “father” and “ husband” while sanding the pregnant so called “love of his life”.

Thank you I would not be able to stomach this book at all. Absolutely hate doormats and weak FmCs. And seems like no redemption for MmC either and then she dies ummm nope now way blacklisted this book.
