The currency reform, preparation for which I announced in early 2022, was thwarted by the war, as well as by the obstruction of a whole mass of insane individuals driven by herd instincts and believing in their own right to do whatever they please and act above the law. However, the necessity of this reform is obvious, and it will be carried out despite all obstacles. This necessity is explained first and foremost by the deep crisis of the existing system of economic relations, from which a way out is possible only through their radical transformation in accordance with the legal provisions of the Constitution of the Community Rus’. That is precisely why I am addressing former employees of the abolished political structures, including the Treasury, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and other institutions, demanding that they provide me with all the resources necessary for the preparation and realization of the aforementioned reform, and I also expect all other members of the scientific community to provide all possible assistance and participation.
