Carolyn, great review. Given this book is fiction, we never really know what is true and what isn't. The author could have come up with some kind of sensational secrets that maybe everyone is hiding, maybe that, oh, Elvis is still alive and living on the 9th floor and everyone knows it and....
oh, and given this is fiction, just think of all the things the author could have made up...he could have had Nixon and Elvis throwing priceless China out of 9th floor windows.
