Nice review, but I'm not convinced byI doubt Douglas Adams or Isaac Asimov would have approved; less sure about Robert Heinlein or Cyril Kornbluth, both rather fond of techno-libertarian/eugenicist ideas. I'm in particular thinking of Heinlein's The Moon is a Harsh Mistress and Beyond This Horizon, Kornbluth's The Little Black Bag and The Marching Morons. Musk is evidently a Heinlein fan.

I have read neither Heinlein nor Kornbluth, but that makes sense!
