Benjamin Shiller Let’s face it: reviews with this level of intensity usually only happen when a book hits a raw nerve. To be honest, I’m not entirely surprised. I knew this subject would be controversial from the start.

I didn’t set out to create a 'controversial' book for the sake of it. However, when you write a book using AI—while simultaneously highlighting how that very technology is transforming industries and, yes, causing real-world job losses—it’s going to elicit resentment from some. It’s a scary transition, and the feedback I’ve received reflects that divide; I’ve heard great things from readers who love the book and see the vision, and visceral reactions from others.

I’ve even found that discussing how AI can make things like education more affordable and accessible can be polarizing, which I didn’t fully anticipate. But if you’re ready to look past the discomfort and see exactly how these shifts are happening—and why they’re causing such a stir—you might find the answers inside.

Whether you end up loving it or hating it, you certainly won't be bored.
