Adding a new book to my dashboard > Likes and Comments

Hello. I tried to add my new book through my dashboard and found that Goodreads already has it since it's on Amazon as a pre-order. My question is: how do I add it to/link it to my dashboard? Here's the url: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
