A stirring review, with so many thought-provoking and compelling points that are so very relevant and hard-hitting, too. 💛
Karen, this was such a great review!
Our democracy depends on elected officials making ethical decisions, and it’s no secret that that hasn’t been happening in the past 15 months.
I consider myself an Independent and think that we need a major third party, but vote Democrat because I know that one of the two major parties will likely win an election.
But these “unknowns” likely have the power to make a change from the deeply flawed system that we currently have.
In the past year, on countless times I’ve said “I object” or “I dissent”, and added a few other words that I won’t repeat here.
But I’m so glad that you posted this; I really want to read it now!
Hats off to a gutsy man who sounds as if he is one of those courageous ones who isn't afraid to be a dissenter and try make a difference :)
thanks so much. and thanks Karen for an insightful and poignant review. please read the book and join the movement.
More power to such people! Silence is almost as destructive in such times. I hope the voices of reason grow louder and stronger in the days to come. 🤍
