Hi, Julia!I'm Sara, and I have ARC signups open for a romance between a merman and a lighthouse keeper (a woman) in the 1800s! It's not smut fyi but it's super romantic and sweet. She's treated like an outcast because she has a job, fearlessly saves men, and is good at inventing, and he feels like a failed mermaid for not wanting to hurt others (because I based mermaids off dolphins and they're kind of awful lol). But together, they finally feel seen. 🥰
Reviews would ideally be posted on May 1st but you could let me know if you needed more time.

Hi Julia! With 20 books a month, you're a reading machine! 📚Since you’re looking for up-and-coming books and you lead book clubs, I’d love for you to check out 'One of a Kind Creatures'. It’s a modern fable about a group of unique animals (like a vegetarian lion and an eagle afraid of heights) learning to embrace their differences. 🦁🦅🦒
It’s a quick, high-impact read that sparks great conversations about inclusion and self-esteem—perfect for a book club 'short read'! It’s FREE on Amazon today for its final launch day: [Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GDZ1PWKK]
I’d value a review from a pro reader like you!
Hi Julia!I came across your post and I think ODYSSEUS would be perfect for your thriller/mystery interests — and potentially for your book clubs!
ODYSSEUS is a literary reimagining of Homer's Odyssey with thriller-style pacing: Odysseus's 10-year journey home, focusing on survival, manipulation, moral choices, and divine games. Think Madeline Miller meets Ken Follett — character-driven, suspenseful, mythological depth.
If you're interested, I'd love to send you the ebook for an honest review on Goodreads/Amazon. And if your book clubs would enjoy it, even better!
Let me know!
Leon
Empires don’t collapse in battle. They collapse in the decisions that follow.Hidden Sol War is a high-concept political science fiction thriller set more than a decade after an interstellar conflict that nearly shattered civilization. Through the voices of council officials, soldiers, survivors, and those who stood just outside the firestorm, the truth behind the war slowly surfaces — and with it, the consequences of choices made at the highest levels of power.
This is a politically driven story with strategic tension, moral ambiguity, and the lingering shockwaves of a conflict too large to understand from a single perspective.
If you enjoy political intrigue in the vein of Dune or council-level tension similar to The Expanse, I’d value your perspective.

Looking for ARC readers for my starred Kirkus review YA historical novel NEVER HIDE FROM THE DEVIL, based on a true story of resistance during the Armenian Genocide of 1915.
RELEASE DATE: May 5th, 2026 via CYNREN PRESS
356 pages - short chapters
Copies available on Edelweiss or from publisher Cynren Press sales.media@cynren.com
"McQueen has crafted more than a novel; he has created a literary monument to the defenders of Van, proving that resistance lives in the refusal to be silent and that memory — when wielded with this much conviction — is the most unyielding munition of all." - The Armenian Weekly
SUMMARY:
Fourteen-year-old Suren Simonian, an Armenian, lives as most boys his age do in the city of Van, eastern Anatolia. He goes to school, gawks at boys’ fistfights, and does his best to avoid the Turkish gendarmes. Most days he spends with his Turkish best friend, Hamza. But in spring 1915, rumors spread through Van of Turkish massacres of Armenian villages. Now Turkish troops have massed outside Van with one goal—to exterminate the city’s Armenians.
As Suren struggles to understand what it means to be a man, he knows one thing for sure: When everything you’ve known and loved is at stake, the only answer is to fight back. You can never hide from the devil.
Inspired by a true story of resistance during the Armenian Genocide, this stirring coming-of-age novel is a parable of courage, friendship, and impossible choices in the midst of unimaginable horror.
Hi!Here’s my fast-paced epic fantasy. Not romantasy, not even remotely cozy. It’s a bit controversial.
It’s set in a dual-kingdom world. The main characters are in love, so there’s a strong romantic backbone, but the world is bigger than them and the stakes are real — a moving darkness threatens to consume the Citadel they live in, and war breaks out with the other kingdom. This is only Volume 1, so the ending is… kind of heartbreaking. But I’d genuinely love to know how you feel about it.
I’ve made it free on Google Play until it “debuts” on Amazon.
You can get it here:
https://play.google.com/store/books/d...
I’m looking for die-hard fantasy fans to roast me — no, but seriously, any kind of review is welcome.
Thanks a lot!
Hallo Julia! Are you into personal development?
I am a new user here and I am glad to state that I am going to publish my first book in French very soon (but the book is already available in English) and would love to find ARC readers who are into personal development.

This is an advance reading copy of a book built on a simple but demanding idea:
Real change is rarely about intensity.
It’s about structure.
In a world overflowing with motivation, quick fixes, and surface-level advice, this manuscript explores a more disciplined path — one grounded in responsibility, clarity, and deliberate action.
It does not promise breakthroughs in 30 days.
It does not rely on inspiration alone.
Instead, it asks whether sustainable progress might depend on a small set of principles — consistently applied.
You are reading this version before publication because your perspective matters.
What you’ll find in these pages is not a performance.
It’s a framework.
And frameworks, when lived rather than admired, change trajectories.

Please DM me if you want your free copy!

My novel is a Psychological Thriller / Mystery.
Eight employees step into their company’s elevator on what seems like an ordinary workday, after receiving an unusual email.
When the elevator suddenly stops between floors, a message appears: they have twenty-four hours to reach the fortieth floor.
To move forward, they must pass through hidden sectors of the building, facing challenges that test not their skills, but their trust, morality, and humanity.
As secrets are revealed and the pressure rises, the line between leadership and survival begins to disappear.
