Please could you help me to delete a duplicate record created by oversight? > Likes and Comments

The book is called "Lusophone Goa", and before I could upload a cover pic the page got created by error. Kindly help me delete the earlier one or two records and maintain only the latest.
I am a book publisher and bibliophile in Goa, India.
