I want to make this clear, and I’m going to go back to edit my review, this was extremely well written. The characters were explored so thoroughly… the darkness that is in this, it creeps and hides and also is sooo up front and magnetic… it pulls you in. I read this in HOURS (not days), because I couldn’t stop from knowing what happened next.
I only don’t recommend it because it is truly SO DARK.
@Sky, don’t apologize! Thank you for clarifying about Mindy NOT knowing it was him. It might have been clear somewhere in the story, but I missed it.
Although not a book I will reread or recommend (explained in my review), I think you did a phenomenal job in writing it and exploring the utter darkness that all humans can have in them and some actually share!
