I was going to tag this book as want to read until I saw the word horror where you shoved it. I don’t like horror. I can take that Bubba shot her in the heart and suddenly blood gushed out of her chest. Next scene, but not horror .. does this book have blood,, but not dismemberment, for example?

it's not a very prominent part of the book but they DO stumble upon some remains that were scavenged by a 'mystery' creature, so nothing to be worried about!
