Read this a super long time ago. I liked it, but I never got used to the name Pug. That name definitely needed changing, IMO.

True --"Pug" does sound more like a name for a puppy than for a person. :-)
You have trouble relating to hobbits?! ;-) Eat seven times a day, read books, hang out with friends? What's not to relate to?

Well... I can relate to reading books and hanging out with friends. And I could relate to eating seven times a day, if I'd let myself do that. :-) Maybe it's the hair on the hands and feet that's less relatable, though I do have a lot of hair on my ears....
