Change Book Cover because of Error > Likes and Comments

The book cover changed on Amazon to alert people that my book is books 1 & 2 of my series ,as this is an omnibus edition.

In addition an ISBN is being removed from distribution as there were publisher errors. Can you please remove ISBNs 9798282742862 and 9798999040206 from the catalog as they are duplicates of teh same book. Unfortunately BooksBy doesn't alert you that they create their own ISBN and Ingram made a mistake on the ISBN entered for my book.

We do not remove published ISBNs. You can create a new edition for a new ISBN.

For ISBNs not yet on Goodreads you will need to create a new edition as Scott mentioned.

You can make the Kindle edition the default that shows on your profile so that people know it is both Book 1 and 2 from the cover.

Thanks so much. Two things. I rset the Kindle as the default but I'm not allowed to reset the Book Cache.

And can you change the cover on the Print version as well though? 9798999040213

And my issue is not about creating new editions, but that Goodreads has 6 editions of the same book listed! For the love of God can y'all please JUST have these three versions

listed in your catalog as it is creating confusion.

What happened is that some other publishing sites got sucked into GoodReads on versions of the book that are not for distribution.

They all appear to be valid editions.

Goodreads does not remove published editions as readers may still have them and wish to scan or manually add them to their want to read list.
As I said you can choose which one actually shows on the page, whether it is a new Kindle or a new paperback one.

1. I'm so sorry, I am not explaining myself well. I hate causing you guys work for my bad explanation. All the editions I listed above are valid. The ones that are not, that have been removed from Ingram's catalog, are 9798999040206. And 9798282742862, which were issued by BooksBy and were never for sale.

You will need to talk to support. Librarians cannot delete an edition with an ISBN.

So then, my book cover can I change that on Paperback 9798999040213 to the smae as the Kindle since it is changed in Amazon to avoid confusion with the new books?

We do not change covers on paperback editions. Having different covers shown for the same work does not usually confuse readers as they understand that things can be reissued in a different form.
