Group Update: Let’s See If We Can Bring This Group Back to Life? > Likes and Comments

Hi everyone,

It looks like things have been a little... quiet around here for a while! I recently discovered (surprise!) that I’ve been listed as a group moderator since 2022, and, full transparency, I had no idea until recently. 😅

I’ve tried to reach out to the other mods, but haven’t heard back yet, so in the meantime, I thought I’d test the waters to see if anyone’s still interested in reviving this space a bit. There are over 9,000 members here, and tons of messages asking if the group is still active, so clearly the interest is still there!

If you're still working on Rory's list, or even just love Gilmore Girls and books in general, I’d love to kick things off again with:

📚 A new reading thread
🎯 A mini challenge or two
💬 A few fun discussion posts

Would you be into that? Feel free to reply here or just jump into the new posts I’ll be setting up over the next few days. And if anyone wants to help brainstorm or co-mod down the line, let me know!

I have been contacted via email by a certain Marcella J. Perkins acting as a representative for the Rory Gillmore Reading Challenge to include my novels in your listings…

I am 100% sure it is a scam though.

Maybe in your group description you could put a warning stating that authors will never receive unsolicited email on your behalf especially asking for a “token fee” to become listed.
