I mention this book in every fantasy forum I've participated in. I've given copies to my children and most of my friends. And I re-read it every few years. I've never had the opportunity to meet Bill, though I have corresponded with him a bit on social media and told him how much this book means to me. I too am a fan of Lansdale - who has also written a number of books that owe a debt to Huck Finn. And I loved Spencer's Resume with Monsters. But Zod Wallop is the one that has earned a place among my favourite books of all time.
