Viviana Cuffari Tonight we’ll ask ourselves three questions all together.

The first one is about desires, the second is about how you perceive yourself, and the third is about the weight you feel.

Here they are:

1. What is something you keep postponing not because you lack time, but because you lack listening toward yourself?

2. When you truly feel in sync with what you're doing, what changes in the way you breathe, think, or move?

3. If you could lighten just one expectation you feel on your shoulders, which one would you let go of first?

You don’t need to answer right away.

Sometimes it’s enough to let the questions do their work 😉
