I think it's incredibly difficult for very young authors writing a biography because a lot of the interesting events in their life are going to be recent and that means it's likely to affect people more who could become litigious. I have a feeling Miss Burke had some incredibly engaging and specific stories her publisher probably said she had to remove as they don't want people or organisations coming for her and the publisher.
