So, I really have been rereading Protected by Outcasts right along with you all and... as much as I love the story, I can't begin to tell you how many little tweaks to the sentences I would love to make 🫣

Nothing to be worried about there! We have no idea what you would change, so only you know. =) I still think the first book is great!

I think that's pretty common, especially if it's been a while and a few books since you've done a read through!

I forgot how early the foreshadowing started coming in!

(This one is technically a spoiler for Book 2, I think, so only reveal it if you've read Book 2 or don't mind being spoiled!)

In chapter one:

How Freya's wolf has become so active when it never was before. Their wolves know stuff way before their human sides.

A few more foreshadowing things I noticed on this read-through...

In Chapter 5, Heath muses:
"We were men, but we were also shifters, and sometimes we had to handle things the wolf way."
Which is true, and we see that again and again throughout the series.

True, but she's not going into heat because of Luka... but because she met Flint's wolf! Meeting her mate's wolf for the first time always triggers her heat! (hide spoiler)]

finished book one late friday night :)thought it would be through it faster but i got sick and had to prep my birthday party. I loved when
it when Freya sees the snow moon pack for the first time and starts questioning if wolves can have more than one mate.

Happy birthday, Riannon! I just finished rereading Book 1 yesterday 😅 Believe it or not, there was a lot that even I didn't remember LOL
