Thanks, Kimber! It is a book that has to be read in conjunction with The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry though.

Heather Excellent review Kevin! I adored Harold Fry. I read it about 5 years ago and it has stayed with me as one of the most memorable books I’ve read. I have not read this one though. I think I was afraid I would be disappointed after loving Harold so much. I’m going to have to pick this one up now. 😊

This, and its companion book, are not the type of books I'd usually gravitate towards, but I became invested in the couple's rather moving tale of unrequited love.
