SECOND worst President, you say? That obviously brings up the question of just who you might judge as the very worst. Probably the same as my choice for that honor, and while I won't reveal my selection, I will say this: Is the U.K. accepting American refugees now?
You would be VERY, VERY welcome, Ray ! (That's my personal policy -- I'm afraid I don't have any influence with the Home Office, more's the pity!!)
Recently saw a league table that told me that my evaluation of Pierce is =slightly= off: he was bumped up to about 4th from bottom: Buchanan and Harding were currently honours even for the second to worst spot. (And yeah, I think we know who we have in mind for Worst Place ...)
So is anyone writing a horror novel about that Worst President, Whoever He May Be?
Several people are, probably. One of them may very well be good.
