I loved happy place because once again it’s just so different from what is out there and so real too. I just love her, she always writes different stuff that make you fall in love with reading all over again

guys, i swear if i see another fake dating trope or a trope where the girl dresses in bright vivid colors, clashing patters and is this quirky, bubbly hyperactive adult/kid and/or this guy is this alpha dominant guy who growls all the time instead of talking and in general says cringe things (cough cough Alex Volkov) then i might give up on romance books altogether

can someone please recommend me some romcom books that genuinely are wholesome and don't make me want to vomit...

bonus points if its soft burn or enemies to lovers (but please none of the trope where the guy has a crush on her from the beginning)
