Dworkin is no more than a name-check but the book is definitely worth reading, especially the first half.
Have you watched The Deuce by any chance? It's kind of about the US porn industry in the same period, and fascinating(-cum-horrifying).
I haven't but that absolutely sums up this book - fascinating and horrifying.
