Name change > Likes and Comments

Hi,

I am trying to change my author name from Bjørn Venø to Bjorn Veno.

I changed the name in the listing of my work on Ingram Sparks.

This is to help with international searches for my name and that some listings garble the ø in my name.

I tried to change it my self in my author profile, but was notified that this was something only a librarian could do. Hence why I am reaching out here.

I saw a comment on a different request regarding name change that said: "Librarians cannot assist with this, contact support"

Ok... So where is support? I am currently looking for that link.

It is a little confusing, since when I try and change my name my self I get the following message:

Sorry, only users with librarian status can edit book and author data. If you would like librarian status, then please apply here.

I found support, not by using Goodreads webpage or its own search, but by googling it.
