I've been on Revvue for a month, got 4-5 great authentic reviews plus 2-3 from people who very obviously did not read my book. And now its been a week I got no reviews at all despite having requested 4 ( I've accumulated enough coins to do that via reading half a dozen of other authors' books). So a bit of a hit and miss at the moment, but may be it will improve :)

Interesting to read your experiences with Revvue. I was considering trying it, but I’ve always believed that the most valuable reviews come naturally — from readers who truly connected with the story. Still, it’s encouraging to see how different authors approach visibility.

During this time, I've reviewed four books of other authors and earned enough coins to have two of my own novels reviewed. So far, I've garnered five (5) reviews for my own books. I've also been on this free-membership plan for Revvue - it's been excellent. A great way to get honest reviews but also a non-stop way to sample the styles of other fellow authors. And 2 books a week is achievable. Well, for me anyway... Thanks.
If anyone wants to help me out by leaving an honest review, my novel A Mouthful of Blood has been getting review bombed all year by online trolls (in the last week, one guy made at least 8 or 9 separate fake accounts to leave 1 star ratings, all but two of which were deleted after being reported). It's a Gothic Western about a vampire bounty hunter and former slave seeking revenge for the murder of her husband and child.
