Beca I didn't like McCaleb, either.

Phrynne Glad it's not just me:)
I doubt I will go back and read Mc Caleb#1

Jenny Beca and Phrynne I agree with you both. McCaleb is awful.

Nancy Stelow Ditto

Phrynne Maybe it's because we all like Harry so much that McCaleb is a very poor substitute:)

message 6: by Kelley (new)

Kelley I will go read McCaleb #1, but I do wish there was a little more cohesiveness with the overlapping characters and series.

Anemarie Hall I had just finished the first Terry McCaleb book when I picked this up and agree--so totally disliked McCaleb in this book. He was just running around making assumptions trying to make Harry guilty. Huge Harry fan and now not so much a McCaleb fan--he came off as desperately trying to make himself relevant again.

Harry Read McCaleb #1 . It's excellent.

Belle 9 years later and I do not like McCaleb either and neither did my husband.

message 10: by Mark (new)

Mark Woods Caleb is very black and white and has a very certain mindset. He seems true to me as to how a real profiler might be like.
