Small Bites 1: Weird Flash Fiction (volumes 1, 2, and 3, with more on the way I swear) is my second self-publishing effort: an anthology of weird little flash-fiction tales, each one around 1,000 words.

There's about a dozen tales in each volume, which span genres from sci-fi to horror to fantasy, each one is a tiny slice of a larger story, perhaps. A launching-off point. An appetizer, if you will.

The Coachman:
"Jameson clutches the reins that connect his will to the six horses of his speeding carriage. He mutters quiet prayers..."

Sa:
"...Locked into place, she feels the blade pour its cold vengeance into her flesh. She tries to shriek, but cannot even take a breath— All around her, the world accelerates..."

Jolea:
"...It was a city. She had gone from unsure of that to pretty confident. But whoever or whatever had built and potentially inhabited (?) those crumbling… shapes had clearly not been human. Or even reasonably human-like. Or maybe even organic..."

Come on in! I promise not to bite.
