If they are republished with new ISBN you can add new editions.
Those are the eBook ISBNs, I'm uncertain if they were referring to the paperback. Not sure which one is listing. Nevertheless, the book covers should all be updated. Thank you.

The ISBN has not changed. The ones listed in Goodreads are referring to the eBooks, and not the paperback, so everything is fine since each format has its own ISBN number. I just wasn't sure which one was being listed. Please disregard the ISBN number change. The book cover is updated for both formats.
We only update images for Kindle and Audible editions. For other formats if ISBN remains the same you can add alternate cover editions.
The ISBN numbers that you have are the Kindle versions, which is related to the ebooks. I bought the ISBN numbers 15 years ago and did the entire process during that time when we had complete control to update everything in Goodreads, so I just didn't remember what was what and how I did it back then, so please forgive me for not remembering. I checked my old Excel and confirmed. This was to Amazon for the eBooks when I bought the numbers and confirmed that these were what was assigned. Please update the books covers because everything is fine with that. Self publishing was mostly done through Amazon during those early days and this is what I'm updating and how I added them in back then, and I'm just now trying to get back into working on my books to be more relatable and be more current. I came to Goodreads and now find the process has completely changed and editing is limited, so I was trying to figure out how to do all of this and thought the numbers were wrong. Went back to confirm and found it was right. Again, this is Kindle (the mobi version of that time) because that's what was available during the time, and each format had to have it's own ISBN during that time of one wanted to own theirs, and I choose that and not Amazon's numbers. I've provided the links to Amazon and the covers are updated there and they have been on Amazon for years. Please be confirmed that these are not anything new.
